CHARITY PROJECTS
Matthias Jaissle, Lennart Thy and Global United FC have donated their prize money to the Equal Play Effect project, in cooperation with Common Goal.
Equal Play Effect is a global initiative aimed at advancing gender equality in football. The program focuses on removing structural barriers faced by girls and women on the pitch, on the sidelines, within football organisations, and across society.
Already active in several regions around the world, the project drives sustainable change through locally tailored approaches and strong international cooperation.
Through their joint donation, the three 2025 award winners are sending a clear and powerful message in support of equality and social responsibility in international football.
