Awarding German football coaches and players who engage for a positive development of football and society abroad.The German Football Ambassadors represent Germany throughout the worldThis initiative honors the work of managers and players each year and by joining culture and sport, it is meant to promote the positive image of Germany in foreign countries.Germany is a leading nation in world football. Players and coaches from Germany are involved in the sport all over the world.
CONCEPT
The initiative is a social football project with an all season presence.
The award ceremony and the support of social projects worldwide are in the center of attention.

Monika Staab is a German football coach and former football player. She is one of the pioneers of women’s football and, as co-founder, former president and coach of 1. FFC Frankfurt, is one of the most successful coaches in the world.
Staab has also worked several times for FIFA or the DFB to build structures for women’s and girls’ football, or to win teachers and coaches for football. Since 2021, our football ambassador from 2014 has been working as a national coach in Saudi Arabia.
