Bringing children together through football and showing them prospects: Uli Stielike supports the FUTVALLE football school in Bolivia as part of his award as German Football Ambassador 2021.
After his active football career ended, Uli Stielike started his coaching career and continued to commit himself to football – including stints as a coach for the Ivory Coast, in Germany, Qatar, South Korea and China. He ended his coaching career in 2020 with the Chinese first division club Tianjin Teda.
The development and promotion of youth athletes has always been a major concern for him. The FUTVALLE project selected by Uli Stielike supports disadvantaged children and young people and tries to pass on values and principles for their future lives through the sport of football and the implementation of holistic training programmes.
