In collaboration with the Selangor FC club, Michael Feichtenbeiner supports a project that introduces disadvantaged children to sport through football.
In addition to sport, the children and young people are introduced to important life skills. The project also gives the children the chance to make many social contacts.
Michael Feichtenbeiner is a trained sports and geography teacher and played for various amateur football clubs before his career as a coach. He has been working as a football teacher at home and abroad since 1983. After first working in Germany, including for youth teams of the German Football Association (DFB), Feichtenbeiner first went abroad to Malaysia and Indonesia. With stopovers in Germany and Austria, Feichtenbeiner moved again to the Malaysian Super Leage, where he is still successfully active today as a coach and sports director.
