Support of two kindergartens
Fukushima is a Japanese city in the third-biggest industrial nation of the world. On March 11th 2011 an earthquake and an immense tidal wave (Tsunami) led to a disastrous nuclear accident in Fukushima. The situation in Fukushima long after the disaster is still very difficult and challenging. There are two kindergartens nearby which are supported with the prize money.
“To allow children a better future”
Dettmar decided to support two kindergartens with his prize money in the disaster region around Fukushima and hopes that this will provide a better future for the children living there.
