We are very pleased to announce our ranking in the top 10 of the marketing price of sports in 2014.
The ESB “European Sponsorship Bourse” awards an annual prize for the most successful marketing campaign in sports advertising. This year marks the 11th anniversary of the awards. All the sports companies who were involved in an appealing marketing project were invited to submit their draft proposals. These had to meet the necessary criteria i.e. innovation, trend, long lastingness and marketing success. With the role of our initiative “GERMAN FOOTBALL AMBASSADORS” and the completion of the assessment criteria we could announce ourselves ready to compete against well-known campaigns and their associated projects.
Despite top-class campaigns like “50 Years of National League in One Move”, Coca Cola Zero or the entrance of HTC as official Smartphone of the UEFA Champions League / Europe League these recognised campaigns were not chosen under the best ten sports marketing campaigns due to strong competition from other competing businesses. There was a “brief and heated discussion” (ESB online) regarding the result of the jury meeting on 10th January 2014 at the ESPRIT Arena in Düsseldorf.
The winner will be announced on February 3rd 2014 during the SpoBis in Düsseldorf.
