On 5 May 2014, the second award ceremony of our initiative will take place at the Federal Foreign Office with the participation of Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

In addition to numerous official representatives of public associations and institutions, patron Rudi Gutendorf, Steffi Jones, Gerald Asamoah, several Bundesliga players and nominees Monika Staab (from Qatar) and Klaus Stärk (from Namibia) will be present.

In the category “Audience Award”, 11 nominees were put forward for election by mid-April. The winner will be announced during the event and broadcast live.  In addition, the Federal Foreign Office will open the two-month exhibition “Football Worldwide” during the event.

In addition to numerous committed partners from our circle of supporters, we would like to extend our special thanks to BEEFTEA LIVE, who, as an event agency, were instrumental in assisting us with their great experience during the implementation.
