The 2024 main award winner, Ralf Rangnick, donated his prize money to his Ralf Rangnick Foundation, which has been committed to educational projects since its founding in 2018. The foundation focuses on creating better development opportunities for children, regardless of their social background.

Rangnick, whose international coaching career includes stations in Salzburg, New York, Moscow, and Manchester United, has successfully led the Austrian national team since 2022. In parallel, through his foundation, he supports children in physical activity, nutrition, music, and creativity. The foundation initiates and supports projects such as “Unternehmen machen Schule” (Companies Support Schools), “Sattelfest” (Bike Safety Training), and the “Stadtteiloper Leipzig” (Leipzig District Opera) to provide children with hands-on learning experiences and foster their individual talents.
